Customer Responsibility
When hro products are used in the finished product, there is no guarantee that the customer's other components included in the finished product will comply with the various RoHS directives. In any case, the customer shall remain responsible for ensuring that the other components purchased by the customer comply with all the requirements of the RoHS directive, including but not limited:

- check the logo, date code and box labels of all hro products
- Inventory management and other product certifications in customer applications
